public exhibition.
The YoungGuns × SCI-Arc summer studio culminated in a public exhibition where we transformed an underutilized street in Vancouver into an open pedestrian gallery and parklet in collaboration with the City of Vancouver. Seeing student work displayed through physical installations and digital projections allowed the space to come alive as a place for walking, gathering, and rest. The project showed me how architecture can temporarily reshape everyday infrastructure into meaningful public space.
